Trove is located in the Oconee County Schools System – which is dedicated to student success. School-aged children living in Trove attend Colham Ferry Elementary, Oconee County Middle, and Oconee County High Schools. Oconee County High School ranks #2 among Athens Metro high schools, has garnered a 9 out of 10 score from GreatSchools.org, and boasts a 92% graduation rate. For parents who prefer a private school education for their children, Trove is convenient to several highly touted private schools, including Westminster Christian Academy, Prince Avenue Christian School, and Athens Christian School.  

The same holds true for Windemere, which is situated in the Douglas County School System and is served by South Douglas Elementary, Fairplay Middle, and Chapel Hill High Schools. Chapel Hill High School is #1 among Douglas County high schools and boasts an 89% graduation rate. The Overlook at River Pointe is also served by the Douglas County School System and is districted to Mason Creek Elementary, Fairplay Middle, and Alexander High Schools. Alexander boasts a highly impressive graduation rate of 94%. Private school offerings near both communities include King’s Way Christian School, Chapel Hill Christian School, and Harvester Christian Academy.

As for college, Trove offers convenience to students attending UGA, Athens Tech, and the University of North Georgia – Oconee, while both Windemere and The Overlook are close to the University of West Georgia – Douglasville, West Georgia Technical College, and Georgia Highlands College.
